1、Introduction
Welcome to CheezyRabbit. By accessing or using our website (https://cheezyrabbit.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not place an order or use this site.
2、Product Description
We design and sell original decorative figurines made primarily of plastic, PVC, and resin. Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to production batches or screen settings.
3、Pricing, Taxes & Shipping
All prices are listed in USD and include free worldwide shipping.
Prices do not include import duties, VAT, sales tax, or other local fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs authority. Such charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
CheezyRabbit is not responsible for estimating or paying these fees on your behalf.
4、Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our overseas warehouse.
We use cross-border logistics partners (e.g., YunExpress). Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, holidays, weather, or other force majeure events.
5、Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6、Safety Notice
Our figurines are decorative collectibles, not toys.
They may contain small parts. Not suitable for children under 14 years old.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high heat, or moisture to prevent fading or deformation.
7、Intellectual Property
All CheezyRabbit characters, designs, illustrations, logos, and website content are original and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, 3D scanning, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8、Disclaimer
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content or uninterrupted service.
Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs inspection. If a package is seized, returned, or destroyed, we will assist with documentation but are not liable for losses or reshipment costs.
CheezyRabbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9、Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted here. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
