Thank you for supporting Cheezy Rabbit! Our products are carefully packaged and inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our items (small decorative collectibles), we have the following policy:
Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:
– Send a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
– Include your order number.
We will gladly send a free replacement (if stock available) or issue a full refund.
Shipping Responsibility
– Return shipping costs are not covered by us unless the error is on our side.
– Please use a trackable shipping method for any returns (though rare).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
